In celebration of International Women’s Day, Dev Bootcamp will be hosting “We Code Unconference” a Women Techmakers event, co-organized by Girl Develop It, Google Developer Group and Levo League. The goal is to assemble, coordinate, and amplify the work of individuals and organizations throughout the NYC tech community that provide opportunities for women and girls to engage and lead within the industry. Yes, "we code," now let's share best practices, mentor and network in pursuit of our ultimate goal of gender parity in the tech space.
This afternoon of dialogue and exchange will help identify issues around gender inclusion in the engineering and actions we can take both locally and globally to continue the gender parity in tech movement.
